Herbal drinks are made fro seasonally available vegetables, fruits, herbs and cereals. Juices have many beneficial effects to our bodies. They can help to relieve thirst, make the body fresh and healthy, and helps the body to get rid of toxins. Herbal drinks should be encouraged. Home-made herbal drinks are clean, hygienic, taste better and are economical. Different herbal drinks have different nutritional and medicinal benefits. To cover all body health requirements , a variety of herbal drinks should be consumed. A practice of consuming herbal drinks regularly, will not only maintain body functions but also keep body healthy.
